Florent Malouda joins Turkish side Trabzonspor

Florent Malouda: The former Chelsea winger has joined Trabzonspor
We can officially announce to you all that Florent Malouda has joined Turkish side Trabzonspor on a free transfer, the club have announced.
The Super Lig outfit announced on their official website that the Frenchman has put pen to a two-year deal following his release from Chelsea this summer.
Malouda spent six years at Stamford Bridge, making over 200 appearances for the Blues as he helped them to one league title, three FA Cups and a Champions League trophy during his stay.
However, the 33-year old endured a frustrating campaign last season and was left out in the cold as his contract ran down.
The winger had previously been linked with a move to Brazil, something which he admitted he would be keen on, but he has chosen Turkey as his next destination despite interest from a number of other European teams.
Napoli and Olympiakos had both been reported to be eyeing up Malouda's signature as well as Marseille, who would have offered him a return to Ligue 1 where he began his career.
